Cairo

Cairo, Egypt in which the local is simply called Masr (Egypt means), is one of the most populated metropolis in the world and the largest city in Africa. Many tourists visit it every year, mainly to go to the famous Egyptian Museum, the most comprehensive collection of archaeological finds in the world. The city per se, in fact, it is certainly very picturesque but also very chaotic: it is therefore always advisable to visit with the help of professional guides who know the geography of the city and accompany you to the most interesting sights. The most modern city is located to the west, where urban planning has been structured along the lines of Paris. And 'rich avenues, modern buildings in western style and structures that date back less than two centuries ago. The area to the east, however, is older and has developed over time without following a precise urban structure: it is much more chaotic and crowded buildings of differing between them, without counting a large number of mosques.This part of town is called Islamic Cairo or, more correctly, Fatimid Cairo, and was awarded the UNESCO World Heritage, the richness and value that represents its buildings. Two giant doors delineate the boundaries to the north: the door of the achievements, Bab el-Futuh, and the door of victory, Bab el-Nasr. In this area there is the mosque of El-Hakim and el-Din Allah street Muizz. On the east bank of the Nile, however, is the village Coptic, an ancient urban settlement where members still live in this Orthodox Christian community. Also in the area east of the city, dthe bargain full of interesting and beautiful places to visit, is the City of the Dead, where he witnessed the great value that the Egyptian civilization has always given to the relationship between living and dead.
